Music Lessons

I currently have somewhere between 20-30 students in three different time zones whose ages range from 5 to 65. They’re learning guitar, piano, voice, bass, drums, music theory, and songwriting.

Students learn in a positive, supportive environment driven by their interests and taste in music. Some students prefer to learn Madonna, Stevie Wonder, or The Beatles; others prefer the rigor of the RCM curriculum. What’s most important is fostering a love of music and a desire to explore. There are two recitals per year, one at the end of each school semester. I co-founded and ran a songwriting summer camp for middle schoolers and high schoolers in DC called the Cassiopeia Academy of Music, Performance, and Songwriting (CAMPS), and have run multiple in-person and online songwriting workshops for adults.
